摘 要:利用ANSYS软件构建了某修理车内部工作台的三维简化模型,并应用板单元建立了存储机构主体骨架结构有限元分析模型;依据结构强度的实验工况,在考虑主体骨架自重的基础上分别对工作台面和隔板的静态额定载荷和超载工况进行了分析,得到不同工况下的存储机构主体骨架结构应力分析状态和结构变形情况,确定了骨架结构的危险部位,为进一步的结构优化提供依据,也为其他同类产品的设计提供了参考。In this essay, a three-dimensional simplified model is first established for the inner workbench of a service vehicle using ANSYS software, followed by the establishment of a finite element analysis model for the framework structure of the storing mechanism using plate elements. Based on the working condition of the structure strength during testing, an analysis is carried out on the static rated loads and overloaded operating condition of the workbench's surface and partition board, on the basis of taking into consideration the self-weight of the framework. Then, the state and structural deformation are obtained for the framework structure of the storing mechanism as it is placed under different types of operating condition for a stress analysis, and subsequently the dangerous parts on the framework are identified. This approach provides a basis for the subsequent structural optimization, and can be referenced in the design of other products of the same type.
