摘　　要：介绍了某维修车间新安装的1台电动葫芦桥式起重机的出轨事故情况,进行了事故检验,分析了事故产生的原因,说明了轨道的正确选型和整机安装调试是起重机安全运行的重要保证。An accident is described wherein a newly-mounted electric hoist bridge crane in a repair workshop derails. An accident inspection followed by an analysis of the causes for the accident is carried out to make it known that a proper type selection for the track and a proper installation and commissioning of the entire machine are an important guarantee of the crane＇s safe running.
