摘 要:目的:探讨饮食干预对妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者的影响。方法:对90例明确诊断为GDM的孕妇制订个体化的饮食方案,根据孕期分别结合孕前标准理想体重计算每日所需能量,监测饮食治疗前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清清蛋白、三酰甘油、胆固醇水平及婴儿出生体重。结果:饮食治疗后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油水平较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后血清清蛋白水平较治疗前升高,总胆固醇较治疗前下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),婴儿平均出生体重为(3058±769)g,无巨大儿出生。结论:饮食干预对GDM患者有明显的治疗作用,可明显改善血糖、血脂及营养代谢,获得良好的妊娠结局。Objective: To investigate the effect of nutrition intervention on patients with GDM. Methods: Personal diet schedules were prepared for 90 patients diagnosed as GDM, the per day calories were calculated according to the progestative ideal body weights. Infant weight, blood glucose, HbA1c, albumin, triglyceride and total cholesterol were measured before and after the diet therapy. Results: Blood glucose, HbA1c and triglyceride were lower after the diet therapy (P〈0.05), albumin was higher and total cholesterol was lower than those before the therapy, but they showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). The mean weight of infants was (3 058±769) g, There was no giant fetus. Conclusion: Diet therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with GDM, it can improve the glucose and fat metabolism, thus win a better pregnancy outcome.
