摘  要:根据目前对姜黄素衍生物与类似物的结构与药理作用的关系的研究现状,论述了姜黄素衍生物与类似物的结构与其抗氧化、抗炎和抗肿瘤的药理作用的关系,包括对姜黄素及其衍生物与类似物的结构修饰与其活性之间的关系的论述。大量的实验结果显示姜黄素衍生物与类似物的药理作用与其结构中所具有的官能团有着密切的关系,这为新药开发提供了一个很好的方向。Based on the advanced research on the relationship between the structure and the pharmacological activity of curcumin derivatives and analogues,the relationship between the structure and the anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer pharmacological activities of curcumin derivatives and analogues were summarized,and the impact of the structural modification of curcumin and its derivatives and analogues on their activities was also included in this paper.Massive experimental study results revealed that the pharmacological activities of curcumin derivatives and analogues had a close relationship to their functional groups that were included in the structures.This provided a good way for designing new drugs.
