巨大儿血清瘦素及CRP与出生体重的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究巨大儿血清瘦素及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)与出生体重的关系。方法:共收集40例足月巨大儿与60例足月正常体重儿进行出生测量,于出生后第3天检测瘦素及CRP水平。结果:两组新生儿血清瘦素与CRP浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),巨大儿组血清瘦素及CRP浓度与出生体重呈正相关关系。结论:血清瘦素与CRP浓度的变化可能与巨大儿出生体重密切相关,提示瘦素及CRP可作为肥胖儿童重要的生物学标志之一。Objective： To investigate the relation of serum leptin and C-reactive protein to birth weight in macrosomia. Methods： Collected 60 cases of large full-term children with normal body weight,60 cases of full-term children, took birth measurements,3 days after birth the level of detection of leptin and CRP. Results： Neonatal serum leptin and CRP levels between the two groups ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In macrosomia children, CRP serum leptin concentration and a positive correlation with birth weight. Conclusion： Serum leptin and CRP concentration may be closelyrelated to large birth weight children,suggesting that leptin and CRP can be used as an important biological markers in obese children.
