摘　　要：运用现代药学理论技术知识,结合日照市人民医院临床药学部对部分患者实施药学监护实例调查对比进行分析评价。通过调查分析及实践探索说明药学监护提高了医疗水平,具有举足轻重的作用。希望可以借此推动中国医院药学监护的实施,推动中国药师的服务水平和服务质量,逐步缩短与发达国家的差距,向国际化、标准化的药学监护靠拢。药学监护势在必行,是医院药学发展的方向,应大力推动其在国内的进展。To analyse elucidate the important function of implementing pharmacy guardianship. We hope that can promote pharmacy guardianship implemented, and improve the services level and QOS of the medicine teacher in our country, gradually shorten the distance with developed nation, approach internationalization and standardization of pharmacy guardianship. Used modern medicine theory technical knowledge, and combined with the instance of Rizhao City People＇s Hospital Department of Clinical Pharmacy implementation some patients for pharmacy guardianship , analyzed and evaluate contrast. The pharmacy guardianship was been going necessarily. It was a hospital pharmacy development of direction.We should push it strongly in the local progress.
