摘　　要：教学档案是本科教学工作水平评估的基础,是教学水平和教学质量的凭证,是衡量一个教研室教学管理水平和教育质量依据。本文结合笔者外科教研室"十一五"迎评创优的工作经验总结了临床教研室档案资料的重要性和如何高效地进行档案的收集、整理和归档。Teaching undergraduate teaching level file was the basis of assessment and was the quality of teaching standards and teaching certificate,teaching was a measure of a teaching and research of teaching based on management level and quality of education. In this paper, the author surgical teaching and research,＂Eleventh Five -Year＂.Meet the assessment work experience excellence in clinical teaching and research summed up the importance of archives and how to file effective collection,collation and archiving.
