摘 要:采用活性染料以微悬浮体形式对纯棉织物进行染色,并与传统染色工艺比较。确定的微悬浮体染色优化工艺为:活性染料2%(owf),微悬浮体化助剂A用量6%(owf),微悬浮体化助剂AS用量1.0 g/L,微悬浮体化助剂DL用量0.5%(owf),元明粉用量30 g/L。结果表明,采用微悬浮体染色工艺,可显著提高染料的上染百分率和固色率,同时减少了元明粉等无机盐的用量,染色织物光泽鲜艳,手感柔软。Reactive dyeing of cotton fabrics in micro- suspension system was investigated and compared with traditional dyeing process. The optimal micro - suspension dyeing process was settled as follows: reactive dye 2% ( owf), micro - suspension additives A 6%(owf),micro-suspension additives AS 1.0 g/L, micro- suspension additives DL 0.5% (owf),sodium sulfate 30 g/L. The results indicated that the dye - uptake and fixation yield were enhanced in the micro-suspension dyeing. At the same time, the dosage of salt was reduced, brighter shade and softer handle of the dyed fabric was obtained.
