摘　　要：深蓝色涤棉工装面料要求具有高耐水洗和高耐氯洗色牢度性能,通过筛选适宜的前处理助剂和染化料,设计了无碱退浆和二浴法染色工艺。工艺采用氯洗增进剂DFC-39,染色成品耐氯洗色牢度和耐水洗色牢度均达4级以上。During wet processing of polyester-cotton fabric in navy blue for workwear, it is important to select suitable dyes, reasonable pretreatment and two-bath dyeing processes, combined with promoter to chlorine DFC-30. Production practice proved that pretreatment without alkali could reduce the burden of wastewater treatment. The color fastness to washing and chlorine of dyeings reached 4 level or above.
