摘　　要：针对牛奶纤维不耐碱的特点,选择雅格素中性固色活性染料对牛奶/棉混纺织物进行染色。探讨了染色温度和时间、元明粉用量和染色浓度对染色结果的影响。优化的雅格素中性固色活性染料染牛奶纤维/棉混纺织物染色工艺为:元明粉30 g/L,染色温度75℃,染色时间90 min。该工艺适用于染浅中色,染色浓度低于4%(owf)时,染色织物的各项性能较好。For the poor alkaline resistance properties of milk protein fiber, Argazol NF series reactive dyes was used to dye milk/ cotton blended fabric. Influences of dyeing temperature and time, sodium sulfate dosage and dyeing depth on dyeing results were discussed. Results showed that the optimum dyeing process was determined as follows： sodium sulfate 30 g/L and dyeing at 75 ℃ for 90 minutes. The optimal dyeing process was suitable for light color, and the dyeings had good dyeing properties under dyeing depth less than 4 %（owf）.
