摘　　要：文化力是文化活动的引擎,它把一个民族、一个国家的文化活动的物质成果和精神成果,凝聚成永恒的民族精神。文化力是凝聚民族精神的特殊纽带,它具有精神催化功能,影响和抑制着社会成员的价值取向,塑造人们的灵魂,提升人们的精神境界,从而促进民族精神的形成和民族凝聚力的增强,推动民族精神的不断创新。The power of culture is the engine of all cultural activities, such that the cultural achievements of a nation both in physical and spiritual forms are integrated into the eternal national spirit. The cultural history of a nation serves as a special tie linking the national spirit because the power of culture functions like a spiritual catalyst which influences the value orientation of its social members, shapes the soul of the people and promotes the spiritual attainment. Hence, it can help with the formation and enhancement of national spirit, and push forward the constant development of the national spirit.
