摘　　要：文章介绍了2009年全国博士生学术会议—"灾难医学的现状与未来"的会况,阐述了博士生论坛在共享学术成果、培养人才和促进科学研究等方面,对博士研究生创新教育的作用。This paper describes the 2009 National Doctoral Forum—＂the status of disaster medicine and the future＂,and also,describes that doctoral forum plays a very important role in the post-graduate innovative education in such areas： sharing academic achievements,nurturing talents and promoting scientific research.
