摘 要:采用H2O2和电化学氧化相结合的方法,以简单碳棒为电极,对某橡胶厂废水进行催化氧化处理.结果表明:对COD为769mg/L、TOC为826 mg/L的橡胶废水,经过1:6稀释后,单纯用H2O2氧化处理,在100mL废水中,加入1.5mL或更多的H2O2,在90分钟以后,COD和TOC的最大去除率分别不超过27%和14.5%;单纯用电化学方法进行处理,在电压达到5.5V以上后,电解90分钟或更长时间,COD和TOC的去除率也不超过45.0%和25.0%;但在电解池内加入H2O2后,再进行电化学氧化,反应速度明显加快,效果也得到较大改善.在90分钟时COD去除率可达83.6%,TOC的去除率可达59.7%.Using combination method of H2O2-oxidation and electro-oxidation,a catalytic and oxidational treatment according to some rubber factories is made by using simple cryptol as electrode.The results show that for rubber wastewater with its COD of 769mg/L and TOC of 826mg/L,after 1:6 dilution,simple oxidation only with H2O2,1.5mL or more H2O2 is added into wastewater of 100mL,after 90 minutes,the maximal removal rate of COD/TOC is less than 27%/14.5%.Simple oxidation only with electro-oxidation,after the voltage reaches 5.5V,electrolysis is done for 90 minutes or longer,the maximal removal rate of COD/TOC is less than 45%/25.0%,too.But after H2O2 is added into electrolytic cell,further electro-oxidation is done,experimental reaction is faster significantly,its effect has also been greatly improved,the maximal removal rate of COD/TOC reaches 83.6%/59.7% after 90 minutes.
