摘  要:纳米技术在生物领域的渗透形成了纳米生物技术,而纳米药物载体的研究是纳米生物技术的重点和热点。纳米级药物输送系统(Nanopartiele drug delivery system,NDDS)在实现靶向性给药、缓释药物、提高难溶性药物与多肽药物的生物利用度、降低药物的毒副作用等方面表现出良好的应用前景,因而也成为近年来药剂学领域的研究热点之一。本文综述了近年来出现的纳米药物载体的种类,并详细阐述了各类载体系统的特点和优点,为其进一步应用提供理论依据。With the wide spread of Nano-technology in the field of the biology,Nanobiotechnology as a new subject is formed.However,the study on Nanobiotechnology is focused on the Nanopartiele drug delivery and it is becoming a new hot point,for Nanopartiele drug delivery system(NDDS)showed good prospects in achieving targeted drug delivery,sustained-release drugs,the advancement of insoluble drug and polypeptide bioavailability of drugs,and reduced drug side effects,etc.The related studies became one of the hot points in the field of pharmaceutical research in recent years.In this paper,the types of Nanopartiele drug delivery emerged in recent years were reviewed,and characteristics and advantages of various kinds of carrier system were described in detail.It will provide a theoretical basis for its further application.
