摘　　要：目的:探讨急性外源性过敏性肺泡炎(EAA)的临床和CT特征,提高对EAA的认识。方法:回顾性分析19例急性EAA患者的临床资料及肺部CT表现。结果:10例EAA表现为典型的弥漫分布的小叶中心性浅淡结节、9例以磨砂玻璃密度影为主地图样分布。临床17例有过敏源接触或吸入的高度提示。结论:急性EAA有典型的CT表现和临床病史,准确认识是诊断关键。Objective： To retrospectively analyze the clinical and CT features of acute exogenetic allergic alvolitis and improve the recognition of this entity. Methods： Nineteen documented cases with acute EAA were retrospectively reviewed on interpretation on their clinical and pulmonary CT features. Results： The typical diffuse centrilobular nodules were seen in 10 patients. The ground-glass opactities with geographic distribution were seen in the other 9 patients. Antigen inhalation was suggestive in 17 patients. Conclusion： Acute EAA has typical CT findings and history of antigen inhalation. Accurate recognition is important for correct diagnosis.
