复方氟米松软膏加美能治疗儿童湿疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方氟米松软膏加美能(复方甘草酸苷片)治疗儿童湿疹的临床疗效。方法江西省儿童医院皮肤诊察室2008年10月至2009年4月共收治60例儿童湿疹患儿,随机分为两组。观察组30例,外用复方氟米松软膏加美能片;对照组30例,单用复方氟米松软膏。结果两组在湿疹的症状、体征积分值方面,与治疗前比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);疗效评定方面,观察组基愈率和有效率为56.67%和96.67%,对照组为50.00%和86.67%,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论复方氟米松软膏加美能治疗儿童湿疹类皮肤病有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effecacy of the Compound Flumetasone Ointment together with the Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets against the children＇ s eczema. Methods The Skin Consultation Room of Jiangxi Children＇ s Hospital totally intook 60 eczema children and blocked them into experimental group （30 children） and control group （30 children） at random. The children in experimental group were trea- ted with the Compound Flumetasone Ointment together with the compound glycyrrhizin Tablets, but those in control group were only treated with the Compound Flumetasone Ointment. Results There was statistics meaning in the difference of symptom and the life sign＇s integral quantity between the 2 groups（ P 〈0.01 ）. In the curative effecacy evaluation, the basically cured ratio and the effective ratio of the experimental group was 56.67 % and 96.67 %, which of the control group was 50.00 % and 86.67 %. Conclusion Compound Flumetasone Ointment together with the Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets has notable curative effects in treating children eczema.
