黄芪对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究黄芪对血管内皮功能的影响,探讨黄芪对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能影响的作用机制。方法:将68例CHF患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各34例。对照组给予ACEI、β受体阻滞剂、洋地黄和利尿剂等西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液治疗,采用超声心动图检测肱动脉内径等参数改变,观察黄芪对血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的作用及对CHF患者的疗效。结果:治疗组内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张功能均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),心功能明显好转。结论:黄芪注射液能明显改善CHF患者血管内皮舒张功能,对CHF患者有较好的治疗效果。Objective：To study the effect of Astragalus on the endothelial function of patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）,and investigate the mechanism of Astragalus on the cardiac function of patients with CHF.Methods：68 patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.Control group used conventional western medicine treatment such as ACEI,β-blockers,digitalis and diuretics,treatment group added Astragalus Injection based on the western medicine treatment.Brachial artery diameter and other parameters were detected by using echocardiography,the effect of Astragalus on endothelium-dependent relaxation and the therapeutic effect of CHF were observed.Results：The endothelium-dependent and non-endothelium-dependent vasodilation of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,cardiac function was improved remarkably.Conclusion：Astragalus Injection can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with CHF,and shows a better therapeutic effect on patients with CHF.
