草分枝杆菌F.U.36与膦甲酸钠治疗复发性尿道尖锐湿疣的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨草分枝杆菌F.U.36与膦甲酸钠治疗复发性尿道尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析58例复发性尿道尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料,患者分别采用常规疗法治疗和采用草分枝杆菌F.U.36联合膦甲酸钠治疗。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%,对照组为64.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:草分枝杆菌F.U.36与膦甲酸钠治疗复发性尿道尖锐湿疣具有确切疗效,是较为理想的方法之一。Objective：To study the effect of Mycobacterium Phlei F.U.36 and Foscarnet in the treatment of recurrent ure-thral condylomata acuminata.Methods：The clinical dates of 58 patients with recurrent urethral condyloma acuminatum were analyzed retrospectively,the patients were treated with conventional therapy and the use of Mycobacterium Phlei FU36 combined Foscarnet.Results：The effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group while the effective rate in the control group was only 64.3%,the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mycobacterium Phlei F.U.36 and Foscarnet in the treatment of recurrent urethral condylomata acuminata has definite therapeutic effect,it is one of ideal methods.
