从国际金融危机看中国对外贸易政策的战略调整

摘　　要：中国现行的具有重商主义性质(鼓励出口,限制进口)的外贸政策,在中国改革开放初期对于开拓国际市场、扭转国际收支逆差、扩大国内就业等方面曾起过积极作用。但面临世界范围内的金融危机,中国现行外贸政策的内在矛盾已日益凸现。如果换一个角度看,国际金融危机却为中国外贸政策进行战略调整提供了契机。China’s current foreign trade policy has mercantilist nature encouraging export and restricting import.The policy once used had positive effects on opening up international markets,reversing international trade deficits and expanding domestic employment etc.However,facing the world financial crisis,internal contradictions of China’s existing foreign trade policy have also been out of surface increasingly.The international financial crisis offers an opportunity for China to make strategic adjustment of foreign trade policy if analyzes from a different angle.
