摘　　要：目的培养一批具有急危重症护理能力的护理人才,提高医院护理管理应急能力。方法选拔36名护士,建立急危重症护士专科小组,对其进行职业素质、理论知识、操作技能等方面的培训,并实行统一动态管理。结果急危重症护士对近2年来5起重大突发公共事件的救治、36例脏器移植和9例新开展大手术、58例急危重症患者的特级护理和6个病区10次出现患者高峰期的援助起到了积极作用。结论急危重症护士专科小组的建立,规范了综合医院的应急护理管理,提高了护理质量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Objective To cultivate a group of talents with specialized intensive nursing competence and improve the nursing management to cope with the emergency. Methods Thirty - six nurses were chosen to form the specialized intensive nursing team. They received the rigorous training about professional qualities, theoretical knowledge, and operation skills. At the same time, they received the unified and dynamic management. Results The specialized intensive nursing team played an important role in 5 public great emergent affairs in the recent 2 years, 36 eases of organ transplantations and 9 cases new surgical operations, 58 intensive patients care,and 10 times of crowded patients in 6 wards. Conclusion The establishment of the specialized nursing team is beneficial to standardize the management of emergent nursing in comprehensive hospitals, improve the quality of nursing, and acquire good economic and social effects.
