摘 要:目的激发和提高文职护士履行岗位职责的积极性,建设一支高素质的文职护士队伍。方法按照德、勤、能、绩4个方面,以政治素质、精神状态、业务能力、工作成绩、组织纪律、群众威信6项内容,对我院105名文职护士进行综合考核。结果经考核105名文职护士中,优秀32名,占30.48%;称职70名,占66.67%;基本称职2名,占1.90%;不称职1名,占0.95%。结论通过建立健全文职护士考核管理机制,对增强文职护士的责任意识和使命感、建设高素质的文职护士队伍具有积极意义。Objective To arouse and raise the work enthusiasm of non - military nurses and establish a team of high - quality non - military nurses. Methods According to virtue, diligentness, ability and achievement, 105 nurses were evaluated in the six aspects including political quality, mental state, professional ability,work performance, organizational discipline and masses prestige. Results Among of these nurses,32 (30.48%) nurses were superior for the work, 70 (66.67%) were competent for the work ,2 ( 1.90% ) were basically competent and 1 (0.95%) was incompetent. Conclusion Establishing and improving evaluating management mechanism is of great significance to enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of non - military nurses and to train a high - quality non -military nurse team.
