摘 要:采用原位插层聚合法制备聚苯胺/蒙脱石纳米复合材料,研究了蒙脱石的用量、掺杂剂盐酸的用量、反应温度和反应时间等对复合材料导电性能的影响。结果表明:当蒙脱石与苯胺(苯胺用量5.1g)的质量比为0.09,2mol/L盐酸的用量为50mL,20℃条件下反应6h,所得复合材料电导率最大,达2.51S/cm。利用XRD、FT-IR、TG和SEM等手段对该条件下制备的纳米复合材料进行了表征。本实验研究对于蒙脱石的深加工应用和聚苯胺/蒙脱石纳米复合材料的制备具有重要的意义。Polyaniline/montmorillonite nanocomposite materials have been prepared by in situ intercalative polymerization method.The effects of mass the ratio of montmorillonite and aniline,the dosage of hydrochloric acid solution,the polymerization temperature and the polymerization time on the conductivity were studied.The result indicated that when the conductivity of nanocomposites could reach to 2.51S/cm when the mass ratio of montmorillonite and aniline was 0.09,the dosage of 2mol/L hydrochloric acid solution was 50mL,the polymerization temperature was 20℃,and the polymerization time was 6h.The nanocomposite prepared under the conditions was characterized by XRD,FTIR,TG and SEM.
