摘  要:以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,在微波辐照下合成了凹凸棒复合丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺高吸水性树脂。研究了丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺的质量比、凹凸棒的用量、微波反应功率和反应时间等因素对高吸水树脂吸液性能的影响,并用红外光谱对最佳产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和凹凸棒的质量比为15∶3.5∶1,引发剂用量占单体质量的0.6%,交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的用量为单体质量的0.05%,反应器功率为600 W,反应时间为40 s。A super-water-absorbent copolymer of acrylic acid and acrylamide incorporated with attapulgite clay was prepared under microwave radiation using N, N′-methylenebis-acrylamide as a crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as an initiator. The effect of the mass ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide, attapulgite clay amount, microwave reactor power and reaction time on the fluid absorption of the copolymer is studied. FT-IR was also used to characterize the resultant. The optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows: weight ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamid to attapulgite clay is 15 : 3.5: 1, the molar ratio of initiators is 1 : 1. the amount of initiator is 0. 6 % of the monomer' s, the amount of the crosslinking agent N, N′-methylenebis-acrylamide is 0. 05 % of the monomer's; the microwave reactor power is 600 W and the reaction time is 40 s.
