摘　　要：针对辽宁中部城市发展不协调的问题,利用实证分析的方法,依据区域战略理论、区域产业结构理论等,分析了辽宁中部城市群的产业结构、城市职能体系和城市流强度,提出加强区域合作和区域规划引导,促进人才交流,重视区域交通基础设施建设等建议。研究结论对促进辽宁中部城市群协调发展有指导作用。This thesis annalyzes industrial structure, the city function system and the intensity of urban streams of a group of cities of central Liaoning according to the problem that its regional economy does not develop coordinately, based on the empirical study analysis, the theory of regional development strategy and industrial structure, and the methods are put forward mainly by increasing regional cooperation, promoting talent interaction and enhancing the construction of urban transportation infrastructure facilities . This study has an important guiding value for promoting coordination development of a group of cities of central Liaoning.
