摘　　要：围绕欧盟对中国的反倾销问题,采用对比的方法对欧盟对华反倾销的原因进行了分析,发现主要影响因素为欧盟的外贸形势所迫以及出口结构失衡和低价促销,提出争取市场经济地位、建立反倾销预警等应对措施。研究结论对国内产品应对欧盟反倾销调查具有极大的参考意义。By using the rnethoct of comparison, the thesis analyzes the reasons why the European Union has launched anti--dumping investigations to Chinese export products according to the EU＇s anti--dumping. We find that the main influential factors are the foreign trade situation of EU, our unbalanced export structure and promotion of low price. The thesis points out the countermeasures, such as striving for the status of market economy, establishing early warning mechanism of anti--dumping and so on. The conclusions are of great referential significance for our domestic products to cope with the anti-- dumping investigation from EU.
