摘 要:针对煤炭企业一线工人薪酬激励不足的问题,采用实际调研进行数据分析,发现煤炭企业一线工人工资收入低,以效率为导向,薪酬体系中现金支付为主,柔性福利少等情况,现有薪酬体系使一线工人对企业归属感不强、违章事故频发、流失严重,提出建立安全和效率双重导向薪酬体系,加强企业安全文化建设,加快煤炭企业重组等措施。研究结论对完善煤炭企业薪酬激励体系有参考价值。In view of the problem of inadequate remuneration incentives for front--line workers in the coal industry, with the actual data of survey analysis, it is found that they have low wages and efficiency --oriented; the salary system is based on cash and has few flexible benefits and few extended projects, protecting young not old. In the existing salary system front--line workers" sense of belonging is not strong, illegal accidents happen frequently and workers drain seriously and so on.. We propose several ways to solve these problems, such as establishing the salary system, enhancing the safety cultural construction and speeding up coal enterprises reform. The conclusion of research has a reference value for improving the system of remuneration incentives for coal enterprises.
