摘　　要："女足二次创业"是指以新目标、新思路、新发展、新举措和新面貌,迎接新的挑战。它是女足可持续发展战略体系的核心。它的提出主要来自世界女足迅猛发展的巨大压力和挑战;世界女足新的平衡与对抗;以及整体水平和个人能力下降等方面的原因。中国女足的振兴要以女足二次创业为切入点和着力点,构建和实施完整的女足可持续发展战略体系。要找出差距,明确目标、原则、思路,及时调整中国女足的战略战术,找准训练工作新的切入点和突破口,努力掌握女足制胜规律、改革创新,振兴中国女足。要以提升国家队水平带动女足整体发展,用科学发展观指导女足二次创业为工作重点,以世界杯和奥运会为契机,夯实基础,重新确立中国女足在世界的领先地位。坚持备战奥运会与女足二次创业相结合的方针,明确二次创业的主攻方向,采取积极应对措施,改变目前中国女足艰难的局面,完成二次创业目标任务,实现女足二次创业,保持女足的可持续发展。China Women＇s Second Pioneering refers to the new goals,new ideas,new development,new initiatives and new look to meet the new challenges.Women＇s sustainable development strategy is the core of the system.It＇s made primarily from the rapid development of the world women＇s enormous pressure and challenges,the world＇s new balance women＇s football and confrontation,as well as the decline in the overall level and individual ability and other reasons.Chinese Women＇s revitalization is necessary to start the second women＇s soccer as an entry point and the focal point,to build and implement a complete system for Women＇s sustainable development strategy.We should identify gaps,define the goals,principles,ideas,and timely adjust Chinese women＇s football strategy and tactics,identify the new breakthrough point of training work,and strive to master the law of women＇s football victory,reform and innovation,revitalize Chinese women＇s football.We should promote women＇s football in order to enhance the overall development of the national team level,take directing the women＇s soccer second start with the scientific development concept as the focus,take the World Cup and the Olympics as an opportunity,lay a solid foundation,and re-established Chinese women＇s football in the world leading position.We should adhere to the policy i.e.combining preparation for the Olympic Games and women＇s soccer second pioneering,clear the main direction,take an active response measures to change the difficult current situation of Chinese women＇s football,complete the second pioneering objectives and tasks to achieve the second women＇s football pioneering,and maintain women＇s healthy and sustainable development.
