摘  要:世博轴阳光谷单层网格结构采用了一种全新的节点形式,其主要设计思路是矩形钢管杆件仅上下翼缘板及两根内力最大杆件的腹板与节点核心区焊接。根据不同的加工工艺,节点核心区有以加劲板连接的两块端板和实心圆柱体两种构造形式。为直观了解节点的受力性能、破坏机理和承载能力,保证连接节点的安全可靠,并验证通过不同工艺加工的节点能够满足设计要求,选取3个阳光谷中的10个典型节点进行了足尺试验研究。试验结果表明,所采用的节点形式具有足够的安全储备,可以满足"强节点弱杆件"的设计要求;节点核心区为实心圆柱体的构造形式,应力水平较低,应力集中也较为缓和。对试验节点的有限元分析表明,考虑大变形的弹塑性非线性有限元分析可以较好地模拟节点的受力性能。A new type of joint was adopted in the single-layer lattice structure of the Sun Valleys for Expo Axis project.The design idea of the new joints was that only upper and lower flanges of rectangular steel tube members and webs of two main members with maximum internal forces were welded to the core zone of the joint.According to processing technology,the core zone has two types of configuration: two end plates connected with stiffener and solid cylinder.Ten typical full-scale joints selected from three Sun Valleys were tested,in order to investigate the structural behavior,failure mechanism and load bearing capacity of the joints so that the safety and reliability of joints could be assured,and to verify the joints fabricated with different processing technologies could meet the design requirement.Test results indicate that the joints adopted in the project have sufficient safety reserves and can meet the requirement of 'strong-joints/weak-member' concept.For joints with a solid cylinder as the core zone,the stress level is lower and stress concentration is relatively mild.Results from finite element modeling of the test joints indicate that,the elasto-plastic nonlinear analysis considering large deformations can simulate the bearing behavior of the joint satisfactorily.
