世博会租赁馆、自建馆等临时场馆的抗震性态分析研究

摘  要:对世博会临时场馆的抗震设计问题进行了系统的讨论。通过计算,得出乙、丙、丁三类临时场馆地震作用折减后的等效地震峰值加速度及抗震设防烈度,以及按实际使用年限为1年计算的临时结构抗震设防烈度。对地震烈度的概率统计模型进行了研究,并结合CECS 160:2004《建筑工程抗震性态设计通则》中提出的针对不同重要性类别结构引入不同设计基准期的概念,从抗震性态设计的角度对临时场馆的地震作用折减取值的合理性进行了分析。研究表明:按世博会临时建筑设计标准对地震作用进行折减是合理的。针对上海为7度抗震设防区,分析了在实际使用期1年中临时场馆遭受多遇烈度和设防烈度地震的安全性能,对临时场馆的抗震问题进行了综合评判。临时场馆在设防烈度地震作用下能达到"中震不倒"的要求,而遭受多遇烈度地震后结构是否破坏取决于结构构件延性的优劣。结合工程实例分析表明,在选择构件截面尺寸时受规格的限制,通常有一定的安全余量,因此在多遇烈度地震作用下临时场馆均能达到"小震不坏"的要求。This paper systematically studied the seismic design of temporary pavilions of the World Expo 2010.The analytical studies were conducted to obtain the conversion peak ground accelerations and intensities of temporary pavilions on class B,C and D after the reduction of seismic action,and the intensity of temporary pavilions under the working life of one year.The probability model of the intensity was investigated.According to the concept of different design working life on structures with different importance factors from the 'General rules for performance based seismic design of buildings',the rationality of the reduction of seismic actions was analyzed.Research shows the reduction of seismic actions is reasonable.Then,considering Shanghai as a 7 intensity zone,the temporary pavilions' safety performance under earthquake actions of different intensities is analyzed,along with a comprehensive evaluation on the seismic design of temporary pavilions.Under fortification intensity,the temporary pavilions can meet the requirement of no collapse under moderate earthquakes,but under frequent earthquakes,the damage of the structure depends on its ductility.Practical engineering example shows the temporary pavilions can meet the requirement of no damage under frequent earthquakes.
