摘　　要：以实现电机试验台的自动控制为目的。基于西门子的工业自动化组态软件S7-300,完成对交流、变频和直流电机试验系统的控制。采用传感器技术对试验电机实时状态监测,缩短了试验时间。采用现场总线(Profibus-DP)技术和以太网技术相结合,使数据传输更快速、稳定。Aimed to realize te automative control of the motor testing station and base upon Siemens industrial automative configuration software of S7-300, the automatic control in the fields of AC, DC and frequency-control to the motor testing system were conducted. The remote sensing technology was applied into the monitoring of the real-time test of the motor tstng station, so as to shorten the testing time. The profibus-DP technology was combined with Enthernet technology, making digital tranfer with higher speed and better stability.
