摘　　要：NEMA高效三相异步电动机,符合美国NEMA标准和加拿大标准;其效率指标符合美国能源法规定的高效节能电动机标准。因为生产及工艺的波动性比较大,直接影响到电机的效率及其它性能。根据实际生产情况,查找影响电机性能的主要问题,及时制定解决措施。NEMA high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor was in accordance with the NEMA and CSA Standard. The parameter of Efficiency met with the standard of the high-efficiency energy-saving motor by the low by the DOE （Department of Energy）. Frequently, its efficiency and other features were influenced by the fluctuation of the workmanship. The main problems influencing the features during production were put forward and means to solve these problems were presented either.
