摘 要:研究了在脉冲微波作用下环氧/DMP30体系的微波固化情况,采用红外光谱和DSC对固化行为进行了研究,研究结果表明,环氧/DMP30体系的微波固化只适合于在低功率条件下进行,高功率条件下,得到的固化产物存在烧损。反应体系的固化程度随辐照时间的延长有所增加,超过一定的辐照时间后,反应的固化程度不再变化。红外光谱表明微波固化和热固化的反应机理相同,并且形成的产物结构相同。Microwave curing of epoxy/DMP30 system is researched by means of pulsed microwave oven.Curing behavior of reaction System is researched by means of FTIR and DSC.The results indicate that epoxy/DMP30 system can be only cured in the condition of Low power microwave irradiation.When power is high,reaction product exists burning damage.Although Curing degree of reaction system enhances with increase of irradiation time.Curing degree keeps constant after certain time.FTIR indicates that reaction mechanism of microwave curing is same as that of heat curing.And their product structures are the same.
