摘 要:苏州市凤凰山隧道属于软弱围岩中浅埋大跨度连拱加小净距隧道,且隧道穿越凤凰山公墓区,隧道上方公墓密集,对隧道设计和施工要求很高。因此,设计中采取了以下措施:根据工程类比,初步确定隧道的支护参数;建立有限元计算模型,对隧道进行受力分析,并结合现场监控量测数据对支护参数进行调整;建立适合于复合式中墙连拱隧道的荷载结构法计算模型,对二次衬砌进行配筋计算;对传统的隧道防排水体系进行适当改进,采取"以防为主、限量排放"的原则;确定地表震动安全允许速度,并据此计算确定隧道爆破施工和机械开挖的埋深分界点。通过这些措施确保隧道安全通过公墓区。Fenghuangshan tunnels are shallow multi-arch small-spaced ones with large cross-section in soft-weak surrounding rocks underpassing Fenghuangshan cemetery where graves are in large amont.The project is very strict for design and construction.According to method of analogy,the support parameters of tunnels were determined preliminarily.The construction of tunnels was simulated by finite element method and support parameters were adjusted by field monitoring data.The structural computation model of the multi-arch tunnel with composite mid-wall was established based on load-structure mechanism with the reinforcement of secondary lining calculated.Traditional tunnel waterproofing and drainage systems were optimized following the principle " taking water-stopping precedence over restricted drainage".The buried depth between blasting and mechanical excavation was calculated according to the allowable safety standard of blasting vibration.These measures ensured the tunnels under-passing the cemetery safely.
