摘 要:采用具有低表面能特性的有机硅单体、有机氟单体对丙烯酸树脂进行改性合成,探讨了软硬单体比例、硅单体用量对树脂性能的影响,用接触角测量仪对树脂涂膜与水及甘油的接触角进行了测量,计算了其表面能。当软硬单体比值为1.2,硅单体含量为9.0%时制备的树脂性能最好。同时,探讨了微米级颜填料、纳米SiO2加入量对防污涂料性能的影响。结果表明,当树脂加入量为55.9%、微米级颜填料加入量为16.2%、纳米SiO2加入量9.3%时,防污涂料性能最好,其表面能为2.90 mN/m,附着力2级,耐冲击性50 cm。The acrylic resin was modified by organosilicon and organofluorines monomers with low surface energy characteristics. Effects of silicone monomer content and ratio of hard and soft monomers on resin property were discussed. The contact angle between paint surface and water, glycerin were measured and the surface energy was calculated. The best resin performance was obtained when the organosilicon content at 9.0% and the ratio of hard and soft monomers was 1.2: 1. And effects of nano - SiO2and micron - scale pig- ments content on antifouling coating property were discussed. The results showed that the surface energy of the coating was 2.90 mN/m, the adhesion was 2, and impact 50 cm when formulated at 55.9% resin, 16.2% micron - scale pigments and 9.3% nano - SiO2.
