摘 要:利用电化学阻抗谱、SEM和红外研究了丙烯酸涂层在紫外光照射和3.5%氯化钠溶液浸泡联合作用下的失效过程。在3.5%氯化钠溶液浸泡-紫外光照射联合作用下,丙烯酸涂层阻抗值降到106Ω.cm2所用时间比浸泡单独作用下缩短约3/5。与单独浸泡作用相比,浸泡-紫外光照射联合作用会导致水在丙烯酸涂层中的渗透过程明显加速,但对饱和时的水含量影响不大。红外光谱解析表明,在单独浸泡作用和浸泡-紫外光照射联合作用两种环境下,丙烯酸涂层中的酯羰基和C—O—C键都发生裂解,但紫外光照射明显加速了涂层的降解过程。The failure process of acrylic coating exposed in both 3.5% sodium chloride solution and UV radiation was studied with the methods of electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) , SEM and FT - IR. The results showed that UV radiation obviously accelerated decreasing rate of the coating impedomce in sodium chloride solution. UV radiation also accelerated water penetration into acrylic coating in 3.5% sodium chloride solution, but in saturated solution, water uptake values were affected slightly. According to FT - IR analysis, the breakdown of C =O and C-O-C bonds occurred in acrylic coating under both conditions, but the UV radiation obviously accelerated the degradation of coatings film.
