清热化痰法治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效及其对Eos、IL-18、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热化痰类中药配伍治疗BA(支气管哮喘)发作期(热哮)的临床疗效及对Eos、IL-18、TNF-α的影响。方法:对照组40例选用西药抗感染、解痉平喘、雾化治疗。治疗组40例在原西药基础上,配合服用清肺汤,同时测定患者外周血中Eos、IL-18、TNF-α水平。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率77.5%。差异有明显性(P<0.05)。结论:清肺汤具有清热宣肺、化痰定喘的功效,同时可明显抑制Eos、IL-18、TNF-α等炎症介质的释放。Objective：To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine therapy of clearing heat and dissolving phlegm on the attack phase in bronchial asthma and its effects on Eos,IL-8,TNF-α. Methods：Eighty in patients were included and randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases）and control group （40 cases）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with routine Western medicine and Chinese herbal medicine of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm （Qingfei decoction）,while the patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine only. After medication,the serum Eos,IL-18 and TNF-α level in the two groups were measured. Results：In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 92.5%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 77.5%.The total efficiency of the two groups had statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Qingfei decoction has effect of clearing heat and freeing lung,dissolving phlegm and smoothing dyspnea,and inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators.
