摘 要:目的:探讨临床路径的理论和方法在产科护理实习生临床护理带教中的应用,并评介其效果。方法:将80名护理实习生随即分成两组,观察组采用临床路径的方法,对照组采用传统临床带教方法,比较两组理论、操作成绩及对带教方法的满意度。结果:两组护理实习生在出科考核成绩及对带教方法的满意度等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将临床路径应用于护理教学中有助于提高临床护理教学质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of the clinical process in the use of clinical nursing teaching practice of obstetrics. Methods:80 cases of nurse students were divided into two groups. The clinical process and traditional method of clinical nursing teaching practice were used in group 1 and group 2 respectively. The scores of theory,practice and interview test and the satisfaction to the teaching method were analysed. Results:The scores of theory,practice and interview test and the satisfaction to the teaching method were significantly different between the two groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The clinical process was a good method to improve the clinical nursing teaching practice of obstetrics.
