摘 要:在兴山有代表性的烟区取上部叶B2F(上橘二)、中部叶C3F(中橘三)和下部叶X2F(下橘二)3个等级样品,进行常规化学成分分析并与津巴布韦优质烟叶进行比较。结果表明:兴山烟区化学成分含量基本上在适宜范围之内,其中,上橘二和下橘二的中性致香物质与津巴布韦烟叶在总量上大致相当,中橘三的中性致香物质明显高于津巴布韦烟叶;兴山烟叶的酸性成分总量比津巴布韦烟叶高;不同部位多酚化合物含量及多酚总量不同,中上部兴山烟叶高于津巴布韦烟叶,下部兴山烟叶略低。In order to study the chemical elements and perfume substance contents of the tobacco leaf in the tobacco producing area of Xinshan,Hubei province,and to seek the difference between Xinshan leaf and foreign quality leaf,provide a methodology guard for tobacco leaf producing;Chemical composition and aromatic substance of tobacco in were studied in this essay in Xingshan,Hubei Province.It showed that the chemical component of tobacco kept in a suitable scope,of which neutral aromatic substance of B2F and X2F was almost equal to Zimbabwe;Neutral aromatic substance of C3F was obviously higher than Zimbabwe;Total acid composition of Xingshan tobacco was higher than Zimbabwe;Polyphenolic substance content and total polyphenolic substance content of different parts were different,middle-upper leaves of Xingshan tobacco was higher than Zimbabwe and the under-part stalk position leaves of Xingshan tobacco was a little lower;Take three-classes samples containing the upper,middle and bottom of leaves form the typical leaf producing area,then make conventional chemical element analysis and compare them with Zimbabwe quality leaves;Xinshan leaf has to reach the standards of the foreign quality leaf on the whole,so can partly substitute the imported tobacco leaf
