秦巴山及其毗邻地区8种野生百合孢粉学研究

摘　　要：对秦岭及其毗邻地区的8个种和变种的百合花粉进行了扫描电镜观察。结果发现:这8种百合花粉均为两侧对称,赤道面观为椭圆形,极面观为心形,萌发孔为远极单沟,表面具网状纹饰;不同百合种类在花粉形态、大小、P?E值及花粉的表面纹饰特征等方面存在较大的差异,这些性状特征或指标对野生百合种或变种水平上的分类具有较大的分类学价值。Pollen morphology of eight species of the genus Lilium from Qin mountain and its adjacent areas were studied by the scanning electronic microscope.The results showed that pollen grains are all zygomorphic,elliptic in polar view,cordiform in equatorial view,monocolpate （distal）,the exine ornamentation are reticulate.There existed moderate differences in morphology including pollen size,P∕E index value and the ornamentation exine types and their size among the different wild Lilium species,and it is suggested that such pollen characters or index should be important taxonomic value under the rank of the species or subspecies.
