A Preliminary Study on Brick-clay Compound Wall Heat Preservation Effect of Solar Greenhouse in Ningxia Arid-sandstorm Area

摘  要:对宁夏干旱风沙区日光温室墙体保温性能进行探索性研究,通过对温室外温度、温室内温度、温室内土壤温度和温室墙体温度日变化及各种温度之间相关性分析得出,日光温室内部温度变化呈现非标准正弦曲线变化规律,在温室内温度下降过程中存在两个阶段,即急速下降阶段和缓慢下降阶段,急速下降阶段(14 :00 -18 :00)主要是由于下午光照强度降低所引起的,缓慢下降阶段(18 :00 -次日9 :00)主要是由于室内温度降到低于土壤温度和墙体温度时,土壤及墙体开始缓慢放热,缓解由缺少光照所引起的温度急速下降;墙体温度变化与土壤温度变化趋于同步,同时受温室外部温度影响较大;通过本研究得出在西北干旱风沙区日光温室墙体采用砖土复合结构,内部土墙1 .5 m高度处以90 cm厚度为宜。Focusing on the above questions,a exploratory review on wall heat preservation effect of solar greenhouse in Ningxia arid-sandstorm area,through outside,internal,soil,wall temperature's daily change curve and kinds of temperature's correlation were also analyzed in the paper,internal temperature change present non-standard sine curve,it is two stages in internal temperature decreases,that are rapidly decreases and slowly decreases,rapidly decreases (14:00-18:00) is due to light intensity reduce at p.m,slowly decreases(18:00-next9:00) is due to soil and wall slowly heat release when external temperature is lower than soil temperature and wall temperature,which alleviate internal temperature rapidly decreases due to lack of light.Wall temperature change tends of synchronism with soil temperature,then it is larger influence by outside temperature change.The present study was conclusion that brickclay compound wall should be used in solar greenhouse of northwest aridsandstorm area,that earth wall thickness is 90 cm,which is suitable at 1.5 m height.
