摘  要:以"津春三号"黄瓜品种为供试材料,研究了黄瓜在植物声频控制技术处理下的开花结果数、叶绿素含量及叶绿素光系统Ⅱ的荧光参数的变化。结果表明,在声频处理42d后,黄瓜的开花数、结果数和叶绿素含量均有显著提高,黄瓜增产37.8%。其光系统Ⅱ的初始荧光F0变化不大,可变荧光(Fv)、最大荧光(Fm)及反映光化学效率的Fv/Fm值及反映电子传递能力的PSⅡ均显著上升。表明通过声频处理后,ΦPSⅡ反应中心的潜在活性增强,原初光能转换效率提高,电子传递和光化学效率上升。In this thesis,changes of growing and fluorescence parameters of cucumber by application of sound frequency control technology were explored.The results showed that the number of the flowers,the fruits as well as the content of chlorophyll were increased after 42 days of sound frequency treatment.The photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm),non-photochemical quenching(qN) increased markedly under sound frequency treatment after 42 days,while change of the initial fluorescence(F0),maximal fluorescence(Fm),photochemical quenching(qP) were not prominent.These results suggested that acoustic frequency control technology could improve the activity of PSⅡreaction centers,enhance the electron transport and the photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ.
