摘  要:以临优7287为材料,研究不同供氮水平下小麦籽粒形成过程中蛋白质含量及其组分含量的变化规律。结果表明,在不同供氮水平条件下,小麦籽粒发育过程中蛋白质含量变化规律基本一致,呈现高-低-高的趋势。蛋白质组分含量呈现高-低和低-高两种类型,其中清蛋白含量和球蛋白含量呈现高-低的变化趋势,醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白呈现低-高的变化趋势。施氮量对籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量动态变化及积累规律影响较小,对其积累量均有一定的提高效应。对成熟籽粒蛋白质组分含量差异研究发现,当施氮量为225 kg/hm2时,籽粒品质最好。Linyou 7287 were used to study protein content and the accumulation of its components under the different levels of nitrogen in the process of wheat grain formation.The results showed that the changes of wheat grain protein content had the same tendency of high-low-high under different levels of nitrogen.Content of protein components showed two types of high-low and low-high,of which,albumin and globulin showed a high-low trend,gliadin and glutenin showed low-high trend.Nitrogen application rate showed less effect on the accumulation laws of grain protein content and its components,but improving their accumulation in volume.Study of mature grain protein components indicated that the best-quality grain was obtained when application of nitrogen reached to 225 kg/hm2.
