摘  要:对宁夏枸杞的11个品种和3个新优系采取不同处理的套袋试验,并对不同处理后的坐果率、种子含量进行测定和比较,分析其自交亲和性。结果表明,宁夏枸杞自交亲和性存在较大变幅。参试的所有材料不存在无融合生殖现象;在人工栽培过程中,宁夏枸杞已由自交不亲和向部分自交亲和逐步演变,麻叶系是宁夏枸杞家系中的一种部分自交亲和的突变。不论是宁杞1号还是小麻叶这样的高度部分自交亲和材料,在异交时亲和指数都高于自交时的亲和指数,平均单果质量与之相对应有了大幅度的提升。正是在自交亲和水平上的这一变化,使麻叶系的各材料能够在生产应用的过程中确保产量,单品种大面积推广,而宁杞1号和0207则是这一特征的突出表现。高的自交亲和水平是枸杞新品种能否在生产上大面积单一品种种植的关键,自交不亲和是诸多材料落花落果的主要原因。Eleven varieties and three new elite lines of Lycium barbarum L.were treated by different bagging,and self-compatibility was compared on the fruit-and seed-setting.The results showed that self-compatibility of Lycium barbarum L.changed greatly;and phenomenon of apomixes did not detected in all tested materials;during the process of artificial cultivation,Lycium barbarum L.was evolving from self-incompatibility to partial self-compatibility and Maye lines are the mutants of partial self-compatibility of Lycium barbarum L.Both of Ningqi 1 and high self-compatibility line Xiaomaye,the compatibility index of outcrossing was higher than that of selfing,and the average weight of fruit increased correspondently.The change on self-compatibility ensures the yield and promotion of Maye lines during the process of planting and applying,especially for Ningqi No.1 and 0207 line.High self-compatibility is the key factor for the utilization of Lycium barbarum L.in the large areas,and it is the main factor causing flower-and fruit-dropping.
