邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯对茄子黄萎病及其幼苗生长的化感作用

摘　　要：采用室内培养结合田间试验,研究邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯的化感效应。结果表明,在浓度0.05 mmol.L-1时邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯极显著抑制茄子黄萎病菌菌丝生长,随着浓度升高,抑制作用减弱,促进作用增强。田间抗病试验也表明,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯对茄子黄萎菌具有"低抑高促"的现象。与对照比较,不同浓度的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯对茄子种子萌发和幼苗株高、茎粗、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、根系活力和叶绿素含量具有"低促高抑"的现象,最佳作用浓度为0.05 mmol.L-1。低浓度的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯降低根系电导率,表现出化感促进作用。Allelopathy of diisobutyl phthalate was studied in laboratory and field experiment.The results showed that at the concentration of 0.05 mmol·L-1,diisobutyl phthalate had a significant suppression on the mycelium growth of Verticillium dahliae.The inhibition was weakening with the increase of the concentration.The results of field investigation indicated that diisobutyl phthalate exhibited allelopathic promotion at low concentration and allelopathic inhibition at high concentration on V.dahliae.Compared with control,diisobutyl phthalate exhibited allelopathic promotion at low concentration and allelopathic inhibition at high concentration on the seed germination,seedling growth,root activity and chlorophyll content of eggplant,and the concentration of 0.05 mmol·L-1 had the most notable effect.Relative electricity conductivity was decreased at the low concentration of diisobutyl phthalate which presented allelopathic promotion.
