摘  要:为了比较矿物油-纸绝缘和混合油-纸绝缘在热老化过程中光谱和热重特性的异同,对矿物油-纸绝缘和混合油-纸绝缘在110°C进行264d的热老化。运用紫外-可见分光光度法研究了这两种油-纸绝缘不同老化程度的绝缘油,运用傅立叶红外光谱分析了在这两种油-纸绝缘中老化的绝缘纸,通过热重实验分析了这两种油-纸绝缘的热重特性。结果表明:混合油-纸绝缘老化速率小于矿物油-纸绝缘;两种油-纸绝缘中绝缘油紫外光谱特征峰吸收强度急剧增加的时刻相对应;混合油-纸绝缘中绝缘纸纤维素上羟基和脂肪酸的酯化反应能抑制绝缘纸老化;混合油-纸绝缘的热裂解速率小于矿物油-纸绝缘。In order to compare the spectra and thermogravimetric characteristics of mineral oil mixed with natural ester oil-paper insulation (mixed oil-paper insulation) and mineral oil-paper insulation,the thermal aging test of mineral oil-paper insulation and mixed oil-paper insulation under 110°C were performed for 264 days. The ultraviolet-visible (UV) spectroscopy of the insulation oils,the Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy of the aged papers,and the thermogravimetry (TG) of the oils and papers at different aging degree in both oil-paper insulations were studied. The results show that:compared with mineral oil,the mixed oil can restrain the aging of paper. The sharp increase moment of the 424nm UV absorption peaks corresponds to each other in this two oil-paper insulations. The react of hydroxy on the cellulose with fatty acids in mixed oil-paper insulation can inhibit the aging of paper. The thermal degradation rate of mixed oil-paper insulation is slower than that of mineral oil-paper insulation.
