摘  要:电缆绝缘材料的抗水树性能可以通过化学改性和物理改性来提高。为此将苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)及马来酸酐接枝的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS-g-MA)分别与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)进行熔融共混,经过热压成型后制得了XLPE/SEBS和XLPE/SEBS-g-MA两种交联聚乙烯共混物,研究了SEBS以及SEBS-g-MA对交联聚乙烯(XLPE)的抗水树性能的影响,结果发现SEBS与SEBS-g-MA具有良好的抗水树效果,共混物XLPE/SEBS的水树长度随着SEBS质量分数的增加而减小,共混物XLPE/SEBS-g-MA在SEBS-g-MA的质量分数为4.76%时水树的长度最短。另外还表征了XLPE/SEBS和XLPE/SEBS-g-MA共混物的形态以及介电性能,结果显示XLPE/SEBS和XLPE/SEBS-g-MA共混物具有良好的绝缘性能。Cross-linked low density polyethylene (XLPE) samples containing poly[styrene-b-(ethylene-co-butylene)-b-styrene] (SEBS) and maleic anhydride grafted SEBS (SEBS-g-MA) were prepared by melt compounding and subsequent compression molding,respectively. A series of the samples obtained were investigated through the water treeing testing. The results show that both SEBS and SEBS-g-MA can improve the water-tree resistance of XLPE. The length of water trees in XLPE/SEBS blends decreases with the increasing of SEBS content,whereas the XLPE/SEBS-g-MA blends show the best water-tree resistance as the SEBS-g-MA content is 4.76%. The samples were also evaluated by means of dielectric measurement and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation. It is found that SEBS and SEBS-g-MA have not significant influence on dielectric properties of XLPE.
