摘 要:芒刺电除尘器在工业烟尘净化中的应用日益广泛,而提高芒刺电除尘器的收尘性能,优化芒刺式电晕极的极配参数,应了解接地极板电流密度的分布规律。为此首先使用边界探头法(BP法)测定不同极间距和不同外加电压下的单根芒刺电除尘器的极板电流密度分布,证明了芒刺式电晕极接地极板电流密度分布符合n=4的t分布规律。然后用同样的试验方法测定了具有2根芒刺的极板电流密度分布,发现在接近两芒刺中间时,电流会突然衰减为零,从而明确了芒刺电除尘器的极板电流密度分布形态。最后,用最大电流原理试验确定了芒刺电除尘器的最优芒刺间距。结果表明,最优芒刺间距几乎不受外加电压和异极距的影响,在给定的外加电压和异极距条件下,芒刺优化间距约5cm。Barb-plate electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) are widely used in industrial dust collection. It is important to discuss the current density distribution on the collection plate in barb-plate ESP for optimizing the structure of the electrodes. The current density distribution of ground plate for single barb to plate electrode was measured using boundary probe (BP) method under different distance between barb tip and ground plate and different applied voltage. It is proved that the current density distribution on the ground plane of the barb-plate ESP is t-distribution with 4 degree of freedom. Current density for two barbs to plate electrode was measured using the same method mentioned above. The current density of ground plate decreased to zero sharply near the middle of two barbs,and the distribution profile of current density for the multi-barb ESP was confirmed. According to maximum current theory,the optimized distance between adjacent barbs was determined by measuring total current of multi-barb to plate electrode. The experimental results show that the optimized distance between adjacent barbs is about 5 cm. This optimized distance between adjacent barbs is hardly influenced by the variation of applied voltage and the distance between the barb and plate electrode.
