摘　　要：西部大开发已经10周年,它的政策日渐显示出其成效,然而与经济发展的长足进步相比,法治的脚步在西部却一直步履维艰。笔者通过对西部的一个典型少数民族聚居区的考察,利用田野调查的方法,从实证的角度来说明法治在中国,尤其是在西部这样一个多民族聚居,传统文化繁盛的地区,不能简单的直接介入。Comparing the speedy development in the west,it is so slowly to the rule of law. This article is based on the investigation to some typical country in the west,if we want to develop the rule of law successfully in the west,we must use more ways.
