摘　　要：黔南布依族苗族自治州惠水县西南部是布依族聚居地方之一,由于特殊的地理环境和历史背景,一些布依族村寨较好地保留了原始习惯法文化。冗鱼寨是惠水县的一个自然寨。冗鱼寨敬神庙时制定的规范是重要的习惯法渊源,现在仍保留这一制度。历史上传承下来的仪式婚制度与国家法多元并存,仍然发挥着重要的作用传统上寨老调解纠纷的习惯法制度残余与现代村民委员会调解制度相结合,共同发挥作用。Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,southwest Huishui is one of the places inhabited by Buyi. Because of the special geographica enviornment and historical backgroud,some Buyi village still retain the original culture and habit completely. Rongyu village is the natural stockaded village in Huishui county. Rongyu village norm established at the temple is an important source of customary law,and now still retain the system. The history of marriage ceremonies inherited system and national law multiple co- existence, still play an important role. Traditionally, the old village man dispute resolution systems of customary law and the modern remnants of the village committee mediation system combined together play a role.
