链霉素快速检测试纸的研制及其性能测定

摘　　要：以分泌抗链霉素(SM)单克隆抗体(mAb)杂交瘤细胞株的建立为基础,应用胶体金免疫层析技术成功研制出SM残留快速检测试纸,并对其敏感性、特异性、重复性、符合性等特性进行了测定。结果表明,检测试纸的检测限为8μg/L;检测上线为100μg/L;与双氢链霉素的交叉反应为100%,与其他抗生素类药无交叉反应;其敏感性与ELISA试剂盒相当,与ELISA试剂盒的检测结果符合率为100%;检测试纸在10 min内显示结果。Based on the generation of monoclonal antibody（mAb） against Streptomycin（SM）,the rapid test strip of SM was developed and its sensitivity,specificity,repeatability and stability were tested respectively.The strip showed that its detection limit was 8 μg/L,it generally had upper 100 μg/L;The strip has 100% cross-reactivity towards dihydrostreptomycin and little or no cross-reactivity towards other antibiotics.It′s sensitivity was as same as that of ELISA-Kit and its coincidence rate was 100% compared with ELISA-Kit.With the strip,the test results were showed in less than 10min,apart from very short time to get test results.
